Design your one-off custom rug with us. There are no set rug sizes as we offer a made-to-measure service on all of our beautiful area rugs. Our team is ready to assist and guide you through the process from start to finish.
How does the custom process work?
Begin by selecting your preferred rug from our diverse range of options. If you're unsure or need assistance, our knowledgeable team is available to provide guidance. Reach out to us directly or schedule an appointment at our showroom where our experts will be delighted to assist you in exploring the various possibilities.
During this initial consultation, we'll thoroughly discuss your specifications to ensure we understand your vision and help you through the process of creating your perfect piece.
Once you've chosen your desired rug style, proceed to select the colors from our extensive range. The comprehensive color folder is available to view at our showroom, showcasing our entire spectrum. While colors are also viewable on our website, we recommend ordering a physical sample if you can’t visit our showroom to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the color of your rug.
If desired, you have the option to request a sample of your chosen design. Please note that fees apply for this service.
Finally, once all details are confirmed and approved, proceed to place your order for your custom rug. Your bespoke creation will be crafted and delivered to you within 8-10 weeks, ready to adorn your space with beauty and individuality.
